Hapuflam® fire protection mortar

Hapuflam® fire protection mortar is a dry ready mortar containing all necessary binders and aggregates in its base mass. The consistency of the ready fire protection mortar can be moulded and therefore also inserted as a filler without casing.

Our Hauflam® fire protection mortar is particularly suited to wall and ceiling openings where the filler thickness is just 20 cm

Before processing, the Hapuflam® fire protection mortar only needs to be stirred with water to the known plastic consistency.

The prepared Hapuflam® fire protection mortar can be inserted by hand or, for larger recesses, using a mortar pump and lance.

Cables, steel cable support constructions, aluminium or plastic pipes if the outer diameter is no more than 15 mm and it is wound with mineral wool at a length of at least 400 mm in the area of the cable fire stop.

• Bucket with 12 kg contents of drying mortar
• Sack goods, contents approximately 20 kg of dry mortar

Mixing 20 kg of dry mortar with approximately 15 L of water results in a container of approximately 34 L of ready fire protection mortar.

Mix ratio for small quantities:
1.00 litre dry mortar
+ 0.37 litre water
= 0.82 litre wet mortar
